Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Sapphire Gems House, we stand by the authenticity and quality of every product we offer. To ensure a smooth experience, we provide a simple and transparent 10-day Return & Exchange Policy, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all accompanying documents, including the Product Certificate, Invoice, Packaging, and any other materials.
- All return or exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection by our team.
- Customised jewellery orders (made-to-order rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange based on preferences such as design, size, or colour after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not covered under this policy.
- Requests must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return / Exchange Procedure
- Email us at support@sapphiregemshouse.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Share clear images and an unboxing video of the product highlighting the issue (if damaged or defective).
- Our Quality Control team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, securely return the product along with all original contents.
Return Options:
- In-store: Visit our store during working hours.
- By courier: Ship the product using a reliable courier service and share tracking details with us.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges, taxes, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- In-store returns are accepted subject to the conditions mentioned above.
- For security reasons, avoid mentioning terms like gemstones or jewellery on the outer packaging while returning items.
