Shipping & Customs Policy

Shipping Within India

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, and other reliable services.
  • For remote or rural locations, we may use India Post or equivalent postal services.

International Shipping

  • We ship to 70+ countries worldwide.
  • International shipping charges are applicable and calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • All shipments are fully insured, and the insurance cost is included in the shipping fee.

Dispatch Time

 

  • Custom Jewellery Orders: Typically require 4–5 days for gemstone setting and preparation.
  • Loose Gemstones / Ready Products: Dispatched within same day to 2 days from order confirmation.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email.
  • You can use this ID to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (India): 2–3 business days from dispatch
  • Other Locations (India): 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Custom Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, VAT, and other taxes (if applicable) are not included in the product or shipping cost.
  • These charges vary by country and must be paid by the customer.
  • We fully assist with documentation and support for smooth customs clearance.
  • Customers are advised to check with local customs authorities for exact charges.

Important:

  • If an international shipment is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties/taxes, the customer will be responsible for all such charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the product is returned to us, after deducting shipping costs, duties, and applicable fees.

Important Update for USA Customers (Effective September 1, 2025)

  • All shipments to the USA may be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of order value.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.
  • Customers must comply with local customs regulations to avoid delays or delivery issues.
  • No refunds will be issued for shipments undelivered due to non-payment of duties/taxes or non-compliance with regulations.
